The Plastics Recycling Awards Europe 2022 were issued during the virtual Plastics Recycling Bear witness Europe. Verstraete IML competed in the 'product applied science innovation of the year' category with 2 entries – Interactive IML, an IML characterization developed for smart and intelligent packaging, and SealPPeel dice-cutting lidding, a completely new Verstraete IML production. SealPPeel came out on top and was declared the winner.
